FIRMA is looking for a full-time UI Designer
We are a branding communication agency focusing on strategic consulting with an authentic and multidisciplinary team of more than 50 people.

The ideal candidate should be proactive and have an eye for clean and artful design, possess UX/UI skills and create beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Responsibilities
Create diagrams, wireframes, detailed visual mockups and prototypes to communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors
Design the information architecture, interface, and interaction flow of the web and mobile digital experience
Design new product features, from concept to final design
Research for new ideas and look for solutions to complex problems
Collaborate with project managers and clients
Work with UX/UI designers to implement attractive designs
Work together with developers to implement design ideas
Requirements
A portfolio and samples of shipped work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered, customer-focused design solutions
3+ years of experience as a product designer, user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role
Proficiency in English, excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Team player able to solve problems proactively, creatively, and effectively
Deep knowledge in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, as well as strong understanding of usability principles and techniques
Experience with a variety of design tools including Figma, Adobe suite
Experience planning and leading user validation tests
Strong organizational skills
Data-driven design mindset
Highly appreciated: Experience writing HTML/CSS/JS & Webflow knwoledge.
